	*- Security House Checks* are performed on request by township officers while homeowners are on vacation, or are away for an extended time. SEE the form to request these checks by the East Greenwich Police Department

	*- Security Surveys* are conducted by the Community Services Unit. Residents request a survey of their home, and officers will make suggestions to improve home security.

	*- Operation ID* (a cooperative effort between the East Greenwich Police Department and residents to reduce property theft through an identification system).

	*- Temporary Handicapped Parking Permits* can be obtained by residents with temporary physical disabilities. SEE "Guidelines for Issuance of Temporary Handicapped Placards" (this site)
